"The hotel itself was sort of clean. Lobby furniture looked not the cleanest. There was food stuck onto the inside of one of my glasses at breakfast. Staff did not interact much, even at breakfast, barely talked to us, then added an $8 “service fee” onto an already expensive breakfast bill and didn’t say anything about whether it was some special fee or gratuity and just ran away after setting it down. Parking, forget it, if I would have noticed in ads anywhere that there was no parking I wouldn’t have stayed. Added another $100 in parking fees to our stay, plus Ubers. I’ve never been to a hotel without a parking lot so I never thought to look( I’ll take some of the blame for that). The best experience I had at the hotel was the rooftop treehouse bar. Waiter was friendly and he was very attentive. Explained thing thoroughly. Lots of interaction. Great food. "
