"Hôtel avec des extérieurs agréables. Restauration faite maison et accueil sympathique. Toutefois, nous restons un peu déçus de notre séjour. D’après les photos, nous nous attendions à dormir dans une bastide avec de jolis murs en pierre, ce n’est pas le cas l’établissement est en partie en plus moderne avec une façade en crépi un peu défraîchi. Le vrai bémol de cet établissement est le rapport qualité/prix . Le prix n’est pas en adéquation avec les prestations proposées tant en restauration...

"The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...

"Beautiful boutique hotel set amongst a vineyard. Great pool & plenty of nice relaxing areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious."

"Warm welcome. Attractive room with excellent walk-in shower. Only downside was that the room was very cold all evening, but there was effective additional bed cover. Dinner was one of the best we’ve enjoyed - impeccable. Very good and copious breakfast with lots of local producers featured. "

"The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility."

"We had an enjoyable stay in a beautifully maintained and peaceful park. The surroundings were clean and well-kept, which really added to the holiday atmosphere. The cottages are on the smaller side, but we were aware of that when booking, so it didn’t come as a surprise. One downside, however, was the lack of air conditioning in any of the cottages. "Incredible pool complex. This is a short walk up the road at the Pierre & Vacances complex. Really easy to access all the great sports facilities. I was worried about this before booking but you really don’t need to be. Recommend the restaurant just above the pool. Gets busy at 8pm but arrive 7:30 and you will get a table no problem. Excellent quality and the kids set menu is good value for money. Thierry the bar man at Sowell was the most welcoming man ever! Room was basic but nice to have the kids bunk beds separate. Kitchen has Nespresso machine, kettle, hobs good fridge/freezer…. But no plates or cutlery, so don’t forget to bring your own. "

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road. Will certainly stay in Ibis again."
