"Room was lovely, staff and services very good, buffet breakfast very good unfortunately the whole experience was spoiled for us by the HGV delivery lorry that arrived outside our window at 6am and left the engine running for the entire 45 minutes it took to noisily unload, really wouldn’t be acceptable in Japan"
