"Overall the stay was pleasant. The staff at front desk and restaurant were excellent. The property is going through a renovation so hard to truly judge cleanliness but there was a lot of stuff hanging about and elevators were untidy. The fridge in room didn't work and hot water takes a while to get going. Parking was okay but lower lot made me nervous. But the stay met my needs and the room was comfortable with a great view."

When we were out, someone entered and filled the sink and loosened to drain pipe so we had to be moved to another room. They said we would be compensated, but nothing was offered when I mentioned it at check out. Staff were friendly, but they have to work on communication."

"No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me."
