"Very nice staff! Room was clean other than hair stuck to bathroom ceiling! Comfortable bed. Pool was absolutely tiny but my child had fun I guess"

"The room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. The chair in the room had a hole in the arm and there was a dirty sock under the chair so I had to question how clean the room was . "

"We have stayed multiple times and love it every time. Unfortunately this time their specialty coffee machine was out of order the entire trip. "

"I have stayed at this place multiple times with no issues but this time my stay wasn't great. We have always been on the 1st floor and the rooms were decent and clean. This time I was put on the 3rd floor and the room was awful. The couch had stains, the room obviously hasn't been dusted in a while, there was a dead bug in the shower, the shower didn't drain well and the balcony door was taped with black tape and had to be opened using a lot of force. It was so loud, there was little kids running up and down the hallway and knocking on doors after 10. It was just a lot going on. Also, the trash outdoors is always running over and upon us leaving this morning someone decided to leave trash right in the middle of the hotel when you enter through the side doors. Maybe because the trash can was overflowing but that's not an excuse. With that being said I gave it 3 stars based on previous stays and the fact that the bed is comfy and clean and they had hot water. They also have a nice sitting area outside. I never go to breakfast though so I can't rate that. "

"clean and decent, but very very basic. There's a kitchenette but not a single plate or fork or pan. There's a coffeemaker but no coffee to brew in it."

"TV does not have live channels have to use sling free TV or cast from your own device, wrong remote was in my room for half the stay until cleaning crew assisted in finding the right one for me. AC worked but loud. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, however is supposed to be open until 10am on weekends and closed at 9am on Sunday? Fitness center was a decent size and condition. The pool is not open, closed by county until further notice due to no staff member having a valid operating license for community pool. "
