"Easy parking, fresh breakfast options, clean rooms, relaxing outdoor patio, and easy access to areas around Wake Forest and Raleigh. My only criticism is there were no extra blankets and notepads and pens. The fridge setting was too high too as my bottled water froze."

"I had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton. The room was clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. One of my favorite little touches was seeing my name displayed on the TV when I walked in, and it felt welcoming and personalized. The bathroom, especially the shower, was spotless and fresh, which I always appreciate. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The front desk staff member was extremely helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. On top of that, the location is perfect, and close to everything and with easy access to the highway, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff at this location are immature and not capable of dealing with hiccups in reservations. What was no big deal was turned into a mocking session with someone who has a disability, which in turn escalated the issue. What manager and staff laugh at a guest who is struggling? Wipe those grins off because it’s unprofessional and useless. A fine line between discrimination and rude behavior. Do better."

"Peeling wallpaper in room. Air conditioner did not cool the room and was loud. There was a generator type sound going on all night. Hallway was dirty and needed cleaning. Room was not cleaned one morning"

"The breakfast made my family sick...."

"We were given a room on the second floor next to the outdoor pool. During our first night we were awoken by loud voices partying and playing in the pool at 2:30 a.m. We tried to go back to sleep to no avail. Eventually we contacted the front desk and about an hour later (5a.m,) the noise stopped. I feel that the hotel ‘staff’ or lack of security enforcement was very poor or non existent. After we notified them there was no further response on their part. Expedia should refund one of the two nights we stayed here."
