"The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered many of the questions that we had about parking. We had an issue with our TV at one point and it was resolved right away. They were very informative about the area and restaurants within the hotel. "

"The apartment was so elegant with an antique vibe. It had high ceilings and lots of tall windows with drapes and blackout blinds. Modern stainless steel kitchen appliances. I really liked that it had an icemaker and lamps in every room. Besides the stairs you couldn’t hear the neighbors.The host made things even more convenient by providing late or early check in, late check out or the option to add an extra night right from the confirmation email of your booking. If you like wholesome comfort and simple amenities you would love this charming apartment stay. "

"Room was eclectic (it was a disco ball factory!) but it was great- bathroom was clean, modern, and shower had great water pressure. Nice sink and spacious. Room could have used a little more furniture because there was a large amount of empty unused space, but we were not in the room a lot. VERY friendly reception staff. Lobby coffee shop has delicious breakfast sandwiches and coffees. The pool area looks fun but we did not use that space. Hotel is a very short walk to fun restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. We would stay there again for the location. "

"The unit was clean, all communications were timely, the property has all the amenities, and NULU is very walkable. A perfect stay! My only regret is that I wasn't able to extend the stay. Highly recommended if you're in the Louisville area "
