The hot tob and pool area were filthy. The hot tub had ants crawling all over around the outide and inside the tub, in an indoor pool/hot tub area. The water was lukewarm and dirty. Our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes when we checked in that we went to the store and bought air fresheners.

Hotel still has nasty, old carpets on the floors. The window sills are actually crumbling in places. The t.v. had no directions for use. The worst problem was the front desk employee. He was a very nice man, but speaks severely broken English. Because of the language problem, we could not ask him how to work the t.v. Our trip was nice regardless of problems.

Hotel was cleaned within capabilities. Hotel had a musty smell, room smelled strong of man's cologne. Mildew/mold on ceiling in tub area. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Bed was clean and comfortable. Elevator was old, a lot of people took stairs.

Hot tub and pool both shut down.

They have nice picture of pool, and booked mainly for the hot tub. BOTH pool and hot tub closed not both days there. Coffee first day was very bad tasting and weak. The second morning the coffee was a light yellow out of machine. Went to McDonalds next door for coffee both days.

Deteriorating, in every way!!

Ripped curtains wouldn't stay closed, poorly repaired door from apparent break-in, service as blaze` and unconcerned as is the current trend!

Property needs a facelift and some TLC. There was construction tape at the main entrance but never saw anyone working in it. Back door is not automatic so that is difficult to use when carrying your luggage in and out. Property was clean but things like hanging paint off the ceiling definitely masked that. Towel, cleaning and trash service is by request only, for the guest safety? Questionable. Seems like a staffing issue to me.
