Clean small room, good for the price. Cable was out and had no television to watch at all. Front office did let me know upon check in. Quite location near several fast food places. Compared to other prices in the area this is a good place if you just need a room and no extras.

If you are looking for a place to sleep - it’s fine. There no coffee pot or anything else in the room. It came with 2 bath towels - they changed them after two days. We had reservations for 4 nights. Bed was fine - as usual we had our own pillows so I don’t have an opinion on the hotel ones. The office was out of coffee a couple times when I went to get a cup in the morning.

Outstanding service and honesty! We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I accidentally left behind a valuable diamond earring in the room. After we checked out, I called the hotel to ask if they could please check the room. To my great relief, the cleaning staff found the earring and returned it to me safely. I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity, and helpfulness of the housekeeping team. Returning a valuable personal item like this says a lot about the character and standards of the hotel and its staff. Thank you to the entire team, especially the cleaning staff, for being so honest and trustworthy. This experience really stood out to us, and we would be happy to stay here again!

The room was clean, but with a minor amount of age/disrepair. The bed was comfortable. Despite being close to the freeway, which was excellent for visiting other parts of the city, the well treed perimeter blocks the sound of the vehicles. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Parking was easy. Check in was smooth. Cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards. Dust everywhere and hair. The fridge has leftover beer from another guest in it that hadn’t been cleaned out. Would not stay here again.

I use to love this place. It was my go-to hotel whenever I needed to stay overnight in Louisville. The staff was very friendly the grounds are well kept and nice, it's nice an quiet and the "party guess" have been eliminated. The rooms are now starting to look ans smell old. It's time for some renovations. The ice machine was not working.
