The minimum check in age of 18 was perfect for us. We are college students and had a 4am flight to study abroad. The room was spacious and clean, except for the shower floor needed a good bleach and scrub.

Room was nice & clean - and quiet! It's a super-convenient location if you are attending an event at the Kentucky EXPO. Decent price, good breakfast. I'll be back next year.

There were large holes in the carpet, paint was peeling off the walls. To top it off, there were bed bugs that we took a picture of, and stained, wet sheets. We were traveling with a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with disabilities and this was a very unsafe situation for them. We checked out early and expect a refund after this experience.
