Know one at the front desk when we arrived. And the room was was not clean. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Your clean socks would be dirt brown after walking around the room.

It said there was someone at the desk for check in until 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 due to an emergency in the area….a plane crashed at the airport and all roads were shut down. I could not check in because no one was there. I tried using the house phone to call and kept getting hung up on. I was not able to stay there but was charged.

The power was out the whole night we were there the only light that worked was the bathroom light no air no tv no electricity I would not suggest any one to stay here, had no WiFi because we were assigned to the w wrong room which I couldn’t sign in because the last name was wrong and there are rats out back around the back of the building at night time.

Let me preface my review- The location was the ONLY reason we stayed. We had to Walmart delivery clean blankets, air fresheners, and Lysol wipes to wipe all surfaces down. The floors, though thank God not carpeted rooms, are all beyond filthy and I won’t even get started on all the bodily fluids found a fixed to the walls, like they were artwork or something to be admired. We flew in for the Bourbon & Beyond Festival, so thankfully we only used the room to sleep and get ready, had we needed anything more than a bed and shower, we couldn’t have stayed. Even a “non-smoking” room is beyond smoke smelling. The staff was friendly and did provide a clean set of sheets (without an additional sheet surcharge that supposedly is a norm!?) because when I went to inspect for bed bugs, I found too many body/pubic hairs to count under the fitted sheet but above the mattress protector sheet. So after covering with another fitted sheet, top sheet, and using our purchased blankets it was doable for a few short nights. Buyer beware- you get what you pay for!! Had we had ANY other option of places to stay, we would’ve turned immediately around upon entering.

Property was only a 15 minute walk to the KEC which was very convenient. I liked that my room had a kitchenette. The floor above me was noisy and the toilet seat in my bathroom did not fit the toilet so was awkward to use. Room was a little dirty but useable. Overall room and property got the job done for my stay for Bourbon and Beyond.

A total mess

It is terrible. I’ve never stayed in a hotel so trashy, the chair in the room was all torn up, the whole room smelled like smoke, the television didn’t work, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I’ve never been so unhappy. That’s not true, I lost my father, and that was a very sad day, but this hotel was terrible.

I took me an hour and a forty five minutes to check in my room because the cleaners never cleaned it from the previous customers. The entire hotel smelled like dirty dogs and the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned.
