"Currently undergoing renovations. You can still tell it's an older building. The entire first floor rooms are elevated from the lobby and the floor has waves and low spots. The morning staff was undermanned with one gentleman handling the front desk and the breakfast by himself at 8 am. The food showed it as the local cinnamon rolls were dried out, the eggs had been out a while. Our room needs new mattresses, they were worn out."

"The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it ."

"The lobby was nice and big with the pool. It made for a great space for all of our group to gather!"

"The hot tub was too hot to the point we couldn't sit in it. Last time we stayed at this location it was barely lukewarm. This time was definitely to the other extreme & I typically can handle really hot water. "

"The sensor for the TV couldn’t be found to change channel. Husband was already asleep so didn’t call and ask for help. Left very early next morning. It was our only issue."

"I have stayed at this location 14 times over the last year. The last 3 times I get assigned a room and have had to return to the desk for a new room. From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. "
