"Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. "The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, & plenty of space, with amazing balconies. One of the showers was lovely, the other one, a shower over the bath could have done with replacing, the small mosaics tiles on the wall used to come off on a daily basis. The swimming pool was good too, and always plenty of sun beds. Staff were lovely and helpful, especially the reception staff. Marco, and also Yasmin, who was warm and very thoughtful, she dealt with my foot when I had a small accident....thank you, you were amazing."

"It was modest but had all it needed. I was impressed by the lady who checked me in. I'm a luxury hotelier myself. Well done! The pool was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The complimentary access to next door indoor aquawater show park for 3 hours was very valuable. All indoor pools at the hotel and at the park were heated and comfortable for the end of October visit. Thank you team!"
