"We stayed for three nights and found the staff and hotel excellent. Service at the front desk was second to none. Very helpful with directions and suggestions for restaurants and activities around Bordeaux. "

"I enjoyed a 4 night stay in mid September, 2025. Although I was travelling solo, a had a really nice suite with both a double bed and a single bed in the other room. The kitchenette was suitable for simple cooking. I was lucky to have brought a sharp knife with me, as the kitchenette didn’t have that. I was also lucky to have brought a plug for the sink and a dish cloth (one simple kitchen towel was provided). The area appears a bit rough in the evening, however, in daytime hours, lots of locals and visitors are in the area, commuting to the train station and/or school/work. There is was a laundry room right on my floor, which was convenient. A small cost that can be activated with a recite card. Be careful with making sure to lock your suite door behind you when you leave. I realized on my first day that it doesn’t automatically lock. I didn’t have any issues with anyone going into my suite, but I had to remember to lock the door with the key each time. Staff were helpful at the front desk. I didn’t opt for cleaning or breakfast (additional prices), however, staff were happy to replenish toilet paper and dish soap upon my request."

"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "
