"Terrible check-in process (didn't receive the codes for access to the hostel and room, and host was difficult to deal with, insisting that the codes had been sent to me, but hadn't), but overall nice place in Lourdes within easy walking distance of the shrine and close to shops and train station. "This was a 10! What an absolute gem! We were warmly welcomed and couldn't have been more pleased with the beautiful, tranquil surroundings and views. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Loved the sheets, duvet and comfort of the bed. Breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were most helpful in securing reservations for dinner and wine tastings. They are also very knowledgeable about the area whether you are looking for hiking trails, restaurants or just about...
