Loud noisy doors to bedroom, cleaner didn’t clean room everyday apart from one day and only hoovering part of the room. Cleaner attended one morning and left dirty towels behind in room. Shower tiles grubby and mould on tiles. For a two star ⭐ hotel lm disgusted by the service provided. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Booked a double bed and was given to single beds, not acceptable. I would like a refund?

Bon Hôtel très bien placé. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et le personnel présent pour chaque demande. Nous étions au 6ème étage avec une belle vue sur les Pyrénées. La literie est un peu souple
