I learned my lesson for the last time about not checking to see the pool temperature … It was freezing! Also the pool closes at 7 PM every single night. The one thing that made my son and I an easy walk into our room was that the hallways are completely blacked out until you move and then a light comes on automatically. But it’s very eerie every time we have to walk to and from the elevator to our room. I will definitely stay in town closer next time, or wish I would’ve stayed at Ibis. The only reason why I didn’t was because these guys had a pool which I didn’t get to go into.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sofabed was actually comfortable and the linens were very clean. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and spacious. There is a really nice bakery just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the main road. Delicious croissants and hot coffee! The hotel seems well designed and situated for people visiting the nearby downtown and Sanctuary of Our Lady which is just 15 minute walk away ... Lots of shopping and food. We really liked Casa Italia and Au Roi Albert for dinner. Would stay there again.

We arrived exhausted late at 9:30pm due to horrible Paris traffic. We did not understand the Zenitude email because it was in French so we’re surprised to be locked out.After trying the emergency number many time a Zenitude employee did not help. We were left stranded with no apologies or refund, just excuses! With the help of 5 Lourdes Good Samaritans we finally were helped by Hotel Raissy and Astrid who I highly recommend. Hotel Zenitude was cruel to us!!!!

Good morning,we had your reservation in ACACIA.we have sent you codes by mail with the contact you let on the reservation, you made.you did not let us any message because you called without the country code for france...so phone calls could not arrive.i had the emmergency phone with me, as i explained you, and somes guests phoned me during this night...so it was a problem with your phone.you had 3 nigths reserved and you did not came at the reception, to tell us something dring the 3 days.you prefered directly get in another hotel and you ask for a refound...you let us a bad commentary and you did note sleep in our establishment,the residence has booked the room, and everything was ok, it is not our fault, if you decided not coming during the stay.it never happens here with any guests,the mechancety is not the solution,best regards

Close to the Cathedral, can walk to there. Plenty of parking, clean bedroom, sturdy furniture, excellent mattress. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

It doesn’t take that long to walk to the Sanctuary from hotel. I really enjoyed my stay, specially during the off season. There is no line to compete to go to the grotto or fill the bottle with spring water. Good luck in the summer time. Always remember to spend time in adoration, located at the Crypt, behind the giant crown.

Good place to stay
Not too close to the Basilica but it’s ok for a bit of walk exercise 😁. Staff in the reception were friendly. The place is excellent to comfort.

Needs AC
These are studio rooms so you are basically sleeping on a sofa, towels were dirty and the pool was way too small for the size of the complex with very limited sun loungers, there is also no AC and in 38oC this was a killer, there were also a lot of mosquitos at night. Appartments were also noisy being right next to a main road.

Bonjour, Nous sommes navrés de lire votre réponse, il est tout a fait vrai que nous n'avons pas la climatisation et nous avons subi la canicule comme partout en france ces derniers temps, nous pretons des ventilateurs sur simple demande, en accuei. nous sommes conscient qu'un renouvellement des canapés est important, et nous tachons de nous améliorer au quotidien ! pour les moustiques, la nature œuvre et nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller que d'acheter des lotions anti moustiques ! enfin pour la piscine, nous disposons 20 transats autours de cette dernière, et elle est de dimension 14m/7m. notre linge est sous traité par une blanchisserie professionnelle, dans la moindre demande, nous pouvons changer les éléments qui pourraient ne pas vous convenir, nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ce ressenti de séjour et espérons que vous pourrez séjourner prochainement au sein du groupe zenitude ! bien à vous

Basic apartment 30 minutes walk to Grotto
Super tiny space. I was extremely disappointed when I entered the apartment complex lobby. It was like an asylum waiting room. The apartment looked onto the parking lot and was on the first floor. There was only a balcony door to open, no window, which didn't makes us feel comfortable, being on the first floor (even with roll down gate) The manager was kind enough to find another room for us one floor higher. Decent sized pool. Basic apartment, 30+ minutes walk to the Grotto on a good day. I imagine it would be pretty noisy during high season.

It was not we thought it would be. It was far from the groto. Streets are not sign for a individual walk. Had to use taxi. There was no attendendence in the hotel for any help which is very bad

Very comfortable hotel for a good price
A nice apartment, with enough space and comfortable beds for 4 adults. Kitchen was well equipped and very helpful for us. The bathroom and toilet are clean but they are not modern, stylish. Overall very good apartment for a good price. The breakfast was also very delicious, high quality of food.

Excellent and Helpful Receptionists!
The reception staff at this hotel were all amazing and ready to help with anything. Sandra, D'Jenine, Natalie and Virginia were all very helpful in sorting everything out with smiles on their faces. Sandra was amazing in helping to sort out our triple room - thank you Sandra! We had a nice family room and were even allowed to have a late check out, which was great as we had a late flight back. ApartHotel with Excellent customer service and only 10 minutes walk to Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Sanctuary and 15 minutes from the Airport by taxi. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is about 1km. The kitchen cupboards are a bit not in great location, too high for shorties like us! U need to put proper kettle and more bowls please and a kitchen towel at least x1. Otherwise it’s good. Near a bakery too.

Past season, good fall colors.
It was a fine enough place to stay. Reasonable walk to the basilica and other features. We were there 2weeks past the regular season so it was a bit of a ghost town, with few things open, even difficult to find an open restaurant. Great bakery a block from the apartments.

A Gem In Lourdes.
We chose this as a value option for 1 night in Lourdes, whilst on family business. A Short walk to the church, and the shops and restaurants. Parking is plentiful, especially for a small town. Reception saw us get a very friendly greeting, and were dealt with quickly and away to our room. A basic room (D108) with separate bathroom and toilet. Main room has a sofa bed, 4 seat table, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There's plenty of closet space for your kit. An electrically adjusted shutter gives you access to a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Our room backed onto a road, bit gave us a view into the town and the main church in Lourdes. The bed was on the firm side, which suited me. There is a small swimming pool, but we never got the chance to try it due to our tight schedule. We purchased the breakfast, at €9 each, which was regular continental fare, but very welcome. A swift check out and we were away. Would I stay there again? Yes!
