She made some amazing recommendations for everything from restaurants to a good experienced guide for paragliding in the valley! "The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. ...

"We stayed for a ski break. We had a hire car, and used it for the various ski areas - which worked really well, but there was also ski bus stop150 metres down the road. The beds are really comfortable, the half board food excellent and we loved the friendly and helpful staff. "

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "
