"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. "Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . "

"This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?"

"All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. It was great to have a plunge pool which was larger than we thought and it had a beautiful view of the mountains and water. Having a waterpark was a huge plus for our boys. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the beach facilities were - if choosing all inclusive, you paid for nothing at the beach. There were beautiful covered beds, fruit, drinks, and Prosecco served to you as well as a wonderful beach side bar and restaurant as part of the package; you could also pay as you go and use all beach facilities. While we didn’t use it, there appeared to be plenty of room for chairs by the main pool, and there were always lounge chairs available by the waterslides. Overall, it seemed really well staffed for the number of guests and never felt crowded. There was a wide variety of food every night, always including high quality Greek food, as well as range of other food that made everyone in our family happy. The fruit trays they offer are phenomenal! It was great to be so central for short day trips to Lake Kournas, Chania and Rethymno. Highly recommended. "
