"Amazing and beautiful hotel, perfectly located in the city. Great staff we had an issue with the air conditioner that was fixed almost immediately. We had a great interaction with the concierge who helped us. Prepare for a day trip to Gent. Tomorrow was beautiful and the room service breakfast was delicious."

"This hotel is first class. The staff friendly, the rooms a large and clean. This hotel is in walking distance from the train station and all the site in the old part of town. The hotel breakfast buffet was first class. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Brugge will be our hotel of choice. "

"If you’re looking for a next level stay in Bruges this is the spot… I upgraded to one of the mansion rooms and it was absolutely well worth it so much space beautiful amenities within the room, the bathroom the king size bed. Even the drinks in the room with excellent value you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off at €3 - all of the staff are amazing, treat yourself to breakfast. It is incredible and if you have time sit by the fire and get a cocktail and relax. Central, you can walk around Bruges so easily - I stayed here for six days and next time I come to bruges, I’ll be staying here again… thank you to all the staff who made my stay absolutely wonderful"
