"Nice place for kids"

"Filthy run down dump. Pool was disgusting; hadn't been cleaned in weeks. No lounge chairs or towels at the pool. Wallpaper. Was peeling off the walls. Room was old and smelling of mold. At check in there was no one at the desk. Couldn't find a single worker for over 30 min. This place needs to be bulldozed into the ocean. This is fraud and I will fight to get come of my money back...please please please do not even think about booking this place. Dump ola"

"A wonderful place to stay! The desk attendants Victoria and Karina were excellent! They were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. All of the other staff were very accommodating as well. We spent a couple hours each day at the pool and the attendance/waiters were extremely pleasant and attentive. Every guest we encountered was also very pleasant. Looking forward to going back to Diamondhead Beach Resort next year!"

"No boat rides. Mini-fridge shelf rail on door missing; fridge cabinet cracked; lamp plug receptacles too weak to power BiPap. Maid skipped room one day and almost next. Staff great. Esp valets. "

"Spacious rooms. A little bit dirty. Both top bed covers had stains. Staff did a great job in replacing towels and taking out garbage every day. Really good breakfast. Location wasn’t the best for beaches."

"It was ok. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The tv remote didn’t work properly. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of choices. It was close to the Sanibel causeway, that was the most positive thing about it in my opinion. "

"Lounge chairs and towels were always avaliable, even when some saved them. Maintenance, Pool, Housekeeping, Restaurant staff all great. Some at the front desk weren't very personable. Heated pool was amazing. Our room was always cleaned in a timely manner "
