Holiday Inn Express Grand Rapids Airport North by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Have stayed a combined 20 nights at this property in the past quarter as my father was dying and then for his memorial service.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and I had all of our needs met.
The nearby grocery store makes it a great option."
"Room 123 was noisy, hard to sleep in. The ice machine was on the other side of the wall and it tuns on and turns itself off and then runs again all night. But the major thing is the location of the outdoor smoking area. I is right across from our room. Those people were out there loudly arguing with each other and calling to people still inside their rooms. I think the smokers should have a spot at the edge of the property."

10/10 Excellent
"It was centrally located with easy access off and on to the highway. It had a nice pool and hot tub. It also had a very large breakfast area with a nice variety of breakfast items - hot or cold. There was always cold water and coffee service available 24/7. The cookies at the front desk were definitely an added bonus. The lower level had a display dedicated to the military."
"My wife is in a wheelchair and we were very happy the pool lift was operational and the battery was charged. However there was a bit of confusion at the front desk when we asked about the battery, they are generally stored somewhere and only hooked up when needed, but they weren't sure where or how to get them. Luckily the maintenance guy got it squared away once they called him. They were really helpful and accommodating. Next time we go to GR we'll stay here."
