"We had an overnight stay at Bellbird Hotel as we were in the area for the day and decided to support local instead of returning to Sydney. The hotel itself is great. Bar staff could be more engaging. Accommodation was comfortable though a little tired. Wouldnโ€™t take much to freshen it up, have a decent (hanging) wardrobe and full tea/coffee facilities. Shower pressure fantastic. The huge upstairs verandah was divine to relax on and enjoy the late afternoon. Enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, big servings. Lucky we checked the menu online as the menus on table didnโ€™t have the full menu. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of free off street parking. Would definitely recommend for an overnighter!"
