"This is a very old motel/hotel. The staff didn’t say much, very quiet. It is right on the Missouri River/reservoir shoreline. There were outdoor chairs and tables so you could sit out by the water and look for hours, I loved it. The rooms were clean except the chair in the room. The chair had lots of stains, was frayed and it was old as well. I can handle frayed and old if it’s clean but that chair was yucky. They MAY steam it but it’s definitely time for a new chair. Everything else was clean. The room was small but the bed was nice. I wouldn’t go over 2pl per room and if you have a child stay elsewhere because there is no room for a playpen etc. The carpet was clean. The room had dated decorations but I thought that was charming, like going back in time. The outside of the building was the same as the inside, dated. There was cable tv and heating/ac. Overall it was a great price and was worth the money. If you are a super clean freak (chair) or like ice in your room or any other amenities then stay elsewhere. There also was no phone or charging stations for electronics. I would give them 3.75* but since I can’t I gave it 4."
