Search Bed and Breakfast in Lower Lake

"The pools and spa were not working and up to the heat as advertised …..but we were still charged the resort fee. The coffee instructions were to use 2 scoops but no scoop was provided. There was not a small table and chair to sit or set things. There was a lack of places to put your clothes and things … this would be a good overnight place not a longer stay due to that. "

"Receptionist at desk very helpful. she got me checked in early with no issues. then in the morning after we checked out they provided assistance in getting our forgotten item in the room. it was brought down to lobby for us. very friendly and professional."

"Room was spacious enough for two adults and quiet even though along a major street. The restaurant was very good and the live music was pleasant, not overbearing for environment. "

"Good location with a small hot springs fed pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. No breakfast is provided but the Calistoga Roastery opens early and is excellent - maybe 1/2 mile walk into town. They have a coffee machine in the lobby but for early risers, you can’t access it till 8.AM. Cold filtered water is always available for water bottles."

"Great location but lacking management details. We arrived and check in was great. Shortly after we went to dinner. It took longer to get a bottle of wine than our appetizers and when they appetizers arrived we still did not have cutlery. Service was friendly but undertrained for the price point being charged. Sommelier was fantastic and friendly! Waitstaff was friendly but inattentive even on a very quiet evening. Breakfast was good but egg orders were wrong and items left sitting in the kitchen. Unfortunate that lack of training leaves the restaurant lacking. Food was great. Room was nice until we looked for a dropped item under the bed and found food left from a previous guest. Housekeeping came after 5pm and work was going on in a room next door until around 9pm. When the room was cleaned a pillow case was placed on the bed with what appeared to be a large chocolate stain on it! Not what we would expect from a hotel of this price point. I’d rather pay more and get the quality or pay less and get what this hotel is currently delivering. "

"Check-in was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is older, so some things are a bit dated, but the rooms have been updated. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. We stayed downstairs, but the people next to us came in having an argument. Doors were slammed, you could hear exactly what they were fighting about. That is my only con at this hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown."

"Están bien cuidadas las tiendas, limpias y confortables las camas, además tienen calentadores, lo malo es que está cerca de la carretera y hay ruido de autos, pero los tapones de oidos son muy buenos jeje! Las regaderas y baños estaban limpios y con todo lo necesario. La tiendande conveniencia es bastante útil"

"This is beautiful, charming hotel. We loved everything about it - the friendly staff, cute decor, and of course the champagne breakfast. If you want something special and not a cookie cutter hotel this is a great pick"
