"Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The Hyatt was new to me but it may become a favourite. Check in was very easy and front of house staff very pleasant and efficient. Room was fabulous, only gripe is it took me a little time to adjust a/c. Barman on duty on the Monday was great, good conversation and polite with impeccable manners. "
