"Very nice staff. And convenient place."

"The hotel is conveniently located to popular tourist attractions. We were given a room in the 14th floor with a view of One World, 911 Memorial and pools, the Oculus, Liberty Park, walking distance to Wall St, Broadway, subway stations close by. There really is nothing negative as far as I'm concerned. The staff friendly and accommodating. We requested an early check in because of a 10am arrival and when we got to Club Quarters, we were only intending to leave our luggage, but hooray, the check in staff Carlos, said our room was ready, and mind you, I would say we even got the best room in the hotel with the best view!! Thank you very much! Highly recommend! Will surely book this hotel again when we go back to NYC."

"When I went to purchase an item from the store located in the lobby, there was no one present at the front desk. I waited for a short period and then left to look for a nearby store. Approximately 40 minutes later, when I returned, the front desk was still unattended. The same two individuals who had been waiting earlier were still there waiting for someone to return to the desk. The curtains in my room were dirty. The phone in the room did not work I had to call front desk with my cellphone to request shower gel. The toilet would not flush I had to lift up the top and put water I. The tank for the toilet to flush. "

"Fabulous location. We walked everywhere! Amazing staff. They were so very helpful. Gorgeous and lovely king room. The white noise feature was very helpful. I slept amazingly. Beautiful lobby with live jazz performances were a bonus. The whole stay exceeded expectations!"
