"The check in process was horrible. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. If you didn’t ask her questions you would be confused because she wasn’t giving out formalities of the location. You had to be fully aware of the process before walking up. I alerted the management that she was very unkind and not friendly nor helpful. He was very apologetic, but that was completely it. I would not rebook with them the parking was horrible as well. She explained to me I should’ve read the fine print. WOW."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I had only one meal in the dining area during my stay, which was breakfast, and it was excellent. The dining area was also very clean and well maintained. My stay was pleasant."

"The hotel entrance, lobby, restaurant and rooms were very pretty but the rooms seemed a little worn and there was very little space to put anything in the Deluxe King. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful although I had to go back down at checkout to ask about the food / beverage credit after I was told it would automatically be applied when I charged the restaurant check to the room. I would stay here again as I liked the hotel overall and the location was in a nice part of SoHo."
