Appartcity, Lower Normandy hotels

"This is not a 4 star establishment. We have stayed on better 3 star. The property itself is beautiful but it is run down and with basic facilities, we went for breakfast at 9am and they had run out of most food items, no staff around to assist. Had to go to reception to be told there was only 1 member of staff manning the reception and assisting with breakfast, as she was busy we had to wait for her to be free and restock the breakfast food. We decided to leave without eating. The on site restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay which was not communicated until we arrived. Overall will not book again. Not value for money "

"Being my 3rd time here I was hoping for a friendlier experience. With the staff there was no connection even though I tried to open a dialogue with a gentleman at the front desk. The only person who treated me with a little warmth was the women who runs the kitchen. This was my favorite hotel anywhere but now it’s a decent hotel with a great view that you pay for. The one thing I enjoy is the free breakfast and the recollection from the women who runs the kitchen. "

"There was no working light outside the hotel main door, dark at nite going up the stairs. Room smelled probably from bathroom. There was a lot of constituents materials right ousting visible from window and coming into building. Ad on hotel.com website showed a room to a bay view. This wasn’t the case"

"Bon séjour globalement, mais de nombreux détails font qu'à l'arrivée, le ressenti est moyen. A commencer par la chambre, sur le site il est annoncé "suite junior", à l'arrivée c'est une chambre panoramique. Le petit déjeuné était très limité, pauvre en goût, industriel. Le spa ne possède pas de jacuzzi, les casiers ne fonctionnent pas. Bref, tout ces petits détails font qu'en repartant, on ne se dit pas je vais revenir très vite ! "
