"The room was huge for two queen beds; it could fit an extra blow-up bed if needed. The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I saw some hair in the bed and crumbs on the floor. It's within walking distance of the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, approximately. 10 mins walk. We didn't get to use the pool because there was a good number of people enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. It felt safe and quiet in the areas. There's an apartment in the area and across from the Surf City Inn and Suite Hotel. El Chipotle Taqueria was a 6-minute walk, and the food was worth it."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. It is set in the mountains of Santa Cruz and is beautiful. We checked in late in the evening and because we were only staying one night we were given complementary parking. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was amazing. In the morning, I had lost one of my rings in the parking lot. I called the next day and it had been found and turned in. They packed it up and mailed it to me. Next time I hope to stay a couple of days to really enjoy the entire area. I highly recommend. "
