Maintenance man addressed our need for getting a washing machine working which meant putting us in another room right next door. I would recommend the Adina Dusseldorf to anyone travelling there. We visited from Colorado USA and loved this city."

They helped with getting dinner when it was after ten pm as well as helping getting transportation to the airport at four am to the airport. Amazing customer service -fabulous experience "
