"Nice, central location. Quays nearby, so plenty of choices to eat/drink as well as the city centre being right there.
Apartment was spacious, clean, recently refurbished by the look of it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space in the apartment, nice kitchen and bathroom. "

"The property was ideal for us as an overnight stop over & had all the facilities we needed. Lovely location & views.
We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly"

"Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot.
Overall very happy with our stay"

"The location was great and the area quiet. Convenient to train and bus, grocery, and local interests. Property was ok in cleanliness (white grout and subway tile require a LOT of maintenance) and the modern updates were poorly installed. Far too many bric-a-brac to keep dusted. Comfortable and spacious. "

"Lovely period apartment in central Cheltenham, very nice easy walk to shops restaurants and pubs nearby. Top floor and lots of steps so not ideal for the less mobile but otherwise it has all you need. Huge double bed and two singles with two shower rooms. Decent kitchen facilities. A bit shabby and creaky in places but for a house this old to be expected! Lots of character and good views too. Much cheaper than a hotel for a family stay in Cheltenham."

"When I arrived, my check-in was a little rough but I spoke owner Tony and he was amazing… I passed on my feedback about his receptionist and he’s taken his feedback on really well. Other than that. The hotel is fantastic really good menu. The rooms are really comfortable. The bed was great and parking was Easy "
"My fiancé and I spent 2 nights at Cheltenham Chase last weekend. Having read a few mixed reviews I was a little hesitant to book but went ahead and prepared for an underwhelming experience. However my fiancé and I were very pleasantly surprised and honestly our experience significantly exceeded our expectations on a number of levels.
The room was a good size, king or super king size bed and comfortable mattress. Clean and basically well equipped. A lovely countryside view whee ref. Looking above the car park. We had 2 evening meals and 2 breakfasts. All delicious and hot. The spa area was clean and not crowded at any point. At times a little busier than others but some very quiet periods. Absolutely loved the pool temperature, and use of the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. All great temperatures for me. Shower facilities all good.
We paid a very reasonable price, a little reduced via a hotel app.
Lots of friendly and helpful staff.
The only obvious improvements we would have asked for would have been automatic provision of robes, more information in the room regarding meal options and other info about available services and facilities etc and more info offered at the desk as we arrived.
Overall a great stay and I’m hoping to set up a membership to be able to use the spa facilities regularly which I found incredibly relaxing 👍"
"A beautiful and historic property surrounded deep in nature, Cowley Manor gives me a luxurious and comfortable stay. The room is spacious with many thoughtful touches. I love the view from my room facing the pond and the greens. Staff is courteous, and dinner is delicious. This hotel is on the pricier side, but it’s worth the experience. "
