Very welcoming warm clean rooms clean Bathrooms and I must say The Host that runs the property was a pleasure to deal with. "Relative close to city, very clean and I love the fact that they have attention to details for comfort, i am very sensitive to noise and lights and they even put a stickers over oven lights and i slept really well. Very modernised set up and quiet. I forgot to bring swim wear but there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi which looked really good. I will definitely be back."

"We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class "

"Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience "

"While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower...
