"This hotel was nice and affordable. As of April 2026, they are undergoing renovations. The bottom floor is still under construction. There is no barrier of any type between the sanding and dust and the elevator or breakfast area. However, the renovated rooms are huge and very nice. Parking is okay. Breakfast was good. Pool was not in service at the time of my stay. "

"The room was as clean as it could be , but the furniture was shabby. A/C worked great, but the room didn’t have a coffee machine, or hair dryer, and no amenities in the bathroom other than a single bar of soap. we could smell cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. No breakfast either."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was just a quick overnight stay. We wlaked down to the spit and walked out to get a icture or two. We did have a room that we needed to walk down the stairs outside with our luggage. It was ok but might be alot for otheres."

"Parking was easy and plenty. Breakfast selections were nice. Pool wasn't busy so it was also nice but the hot tub was down. What made me do this review though was, the man at the front who checked me in. So personable! Good conversation and kept us engaged the entire check in process which made it hardly feel long at all! La Quinta is lucky to have such a great and friendly employee! "

"Staff very friendly. Liked the coffee/tea machine, the tea did not taste like coffee. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the area clean. My only dislike was the large cabinet in our room rattled everytime we walked by. Also we were on the second floor, did not like the stomping of the people above us."
