"Everything is as described. The room is beautiful and clean. The balcony and view are incredible. My only complaint would be the staff at check in and the excursion desk. They seem annoyed and uninterested in assisting me at first but after a few minutes got a bit more friendly. "

The staff members are friendly and do the best they can, but the management is either rarely present or unable to resolve the issues we experienced with our room. I wouldn't recommend any one stay here. "
