It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."

"Cockroachs galore. Room was “clean” but the hotel is a dump. Door lock kept malfunctioning. Kind of dangerous. Security is on site which tells you everything about type of area. Hotel front desk person lives on site and is very friendly. We checked out early. Cockroach galore"
