"When I first checked in and went to the room I was assigned, it was not the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. I wanted a spacious room plus a large enough bed to be able to toss and turn without pushing my boyfriend off the bed, so it had to be a king bed. The room I was given was a standard room with a queen bed. I went back to the hotel associate and explained this wasn't what I booked and definitely not what I paided for (I prepaid, the king bed w/sofa room was significantly more than a standard queen). I told him, don't care if it has the sofa bed or not but it has to be a king bed. Without issues he was able to switch my room to an even more spacious room. Bed was super comfortable, place was extremely clean and staff was friendly. "

"My stay made the steelhead fishing and being out in the snow and subzero temperatures very pleasant... recommend to anyone looking for ample comfort after a few days of cold winter fishing "
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Watertown-Thousand Island by IHG

"The hotel was staffed by a very friendly gentleman who appreciated my humor about Upstate New York weather having been two previous places noted for extreme heat, little snow and lots of rain. The room featured an interesting optical illusion which made the jacuzzi thing a sweet surprise from my future husband. We have a thing about jacuzzi tubs. It was sweet remainder of his memory about things that matter. "
