"I stayed a couple of nights for the weekend. I did not expect The Jaxon to be as good as it was. After a little while of sorting things out, everything else was great. The room was small, but not uncomfortable. There were more toiletries than expected, no closet but a pedestal hanger and a full fridge and kitchenette. AC was very good. Everything was clean and the linens were fresh. The parking area does not have much space and at least 3 spaces were reserved (I guess for the cleaning crew), so there is a risk of not finding a space on site. I changed cars and was directed to a telephone booth to make the change over a landline style phone... that went smoothly... there is no front desk clerk, but there was no need. 5/5 in my book for a short stay... 😎👍. I actually tried to book again for another weekend in two weeks but they are booked... 😢. To whoever owns/operates it: Well Done! 👏"

"Suite: impeccable Barman and valet: Excellent Pool: perfect Location and beach: very quiet and much nicer to swim in than Elsewhere in Florida But…….. - no water pressure in most rooms (ridiculously low) - they rarely open the umbrellas at the beach, while every other resorts do - they resevere a section on the beach for owners, despite the fact there is ZERO difference or advantages for them compared to other areas. So they crowd one area only. Unfortunately, there needs to ba a major training program for this hotel to live up to the hype. It claims having the biggest spa in the USA, and spa client What to be pampered in a 5-star setting with a 5-star service. Service is barely a 3-star. Hope they fix the issue because it has great potential."
