"Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location, upgraded rooms were good, lovely bar and outdoor terrace and we enjoyed an hour in the spa (N.B. not obvious when I booked the hotel but this is £10 extra per person for an hour and must be booked). Breakfast was good, only minor issue were the undercooked boiled eggs but there was plenty of other choice."

"Hi I have photos of all the terrible stuff in my room. Air con was broken , the hotel didn’t care The bathroom was disgusting. The carpets were really dirty There was mould on the curtains. The chair leg was broken There were screws sticking out of the walls where pictures used to be. I paid for breakfast on your site, the hotel said they don’t do breakfast ( I wand a refund please ) There was cigaret stumps on my balcony floor , nobody had cleaned the balcony I cannot believe that a big booking company like Expedia, have got this hotel on there books, I was in that area to see my dying brother and had a budget to spend , if I could afford it I would have left immediately What are Expedia going to do about this ?"

"Looks a bit dated from the outside but the key points are that the rooms are nice and clean and reasonable well fitted, perfectly good for a 1 night stay before catching a flight. We didn't have breakfast but we did use the bar and had some food which was good if not amazing. I would stay again if I needed somewhere the night before an early flight."
