The hotel is undergoing an update. The new rooms are so nice and beautiful. The rooms that have not been updated are still very nice and clean."

"We had a pleasant night at Home Motel. The room was so clean and well maintained. It was cozy and cute, like going back in time before the big hotels became common. And we could park conveniently right outside our door! The bed, though with the older style spring mattress, was quite comfortable, and the setting was quiet all night.. we recommend it, especially for older traditional travelers like us!"

"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."
