"There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again why do we have this request. In addition, she tried to make us feel bad that we did not show up for dinner and that they had to wait for us, although we never confirmed that we will dine at the restaurant. Only when she realised that we booked two one bedroom apartments (we were assigned to one bedroom apartment and one studio) she found a staff member that had access to the linen locker. She once again asked why we did not show up for dinner. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests and make them feel uncomfortable for having a simple request. The experience was terrible and we made the decision to leave the hotel first thing in the morning. I will recommend looking elsewhere for your stay. In addition, we almost broke out rental car as the parking arrangement is very poor. "

"Great little boutique hotel on the beach 15 minutes from Sozopol. Nice, clean rooms, lovely rooftop terrace where the (very cool) owners serve excellent Mexican cuisine in the evenings. Two things travelers might find somewhat problematic: many rooms come with shared bathrooms, and the parking is a bit rough. But what the heck, it’s a three minute walk to a great beach."

The views from the hotel are simply mesmerizing, adding to the peaceful and serene atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway. The service was exceptional—every staff member was very helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. It was so delightful that I ended up extending my stay by an extra day. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to everything you could need or want to explore. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem—quiet, charming, and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Highly recommended! "
