"Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. Communication was poor. Too many info request to get the access code for day 1. Location is great. Places to eat, shop, visit and transportation incomparable "

"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

"The room was very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The convenience of having a nice hotel inside of an airport is fantastic! Great place to relax before or after a long flight. "This property is right next to Terminal 2 at the Milan Airport. It can be reached via the loop shuttle bus. The staff was super nice and accommodating. If you need to be close to the Milan Airport, it's a great choice. There's a bar and small restaurant in the hotel, the food was surprisingly excellent. The Milan Airport is close to nothing. However, there's a train station right across the street that takes you most places that you'd need to go, including Milan city center. "
