"Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. We thought we got scammed cuz when they 1st picked up the call they said we don’t have the booking on your name. We were with our bags and lagged outside looking for the property. (nach der Buchung konnte man im Kleingedruckten lesen)Keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klima, Mülltüten, Wlan und die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr minimalistisch, aber 5 separate Mülleimer auf dem Balkon, sehr gemütlich.

"Giovanni, Sall and the staff were brilliant. The staff were very helpful at all times and very welcoming.
If anyone is booking I would suggest booking a room with a balcony which is what we had overlooking the pool area.
Breakfast was great and dinner was good particularly the mushroom risotto.
My only feedback would that there needs to be more menu choice for those that have paid for half-board. Perhaps three options per course rather than just two.
Overall a very nice stay for the two days that we were there."

This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Cala Cuncheddi Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — especially the sunsets, which were some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The restaurant was a highlight of our trip: not only was the food exceptional every single time, but dining with those stunning views made each meal unforgettable.
A very special thank you to Roberto, our server throughout the week. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made us feel so welcomed. He truly elevated our experience and made our dinners even more enjoyable.
Their private beach is beautiful and so is their pool. We always found spots either at the beach or at the pool.

"Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids. "
