"The breakfast menu is great. However I had to ask for the plate of boiled eggs not to be left in the sun! Everything else was perfect. The pool and location are great. The venue is just a short walk to the day and night market. The Mekong is nearby too and the ‘Coffee Club’ cafe"

"Mekong Riverview is an excellent option if you want to have a unique experience in Luang Prabang. It may not have the amenities of a five-star hotel, but I enjoyed it a lot more than staying at a cookie-cutter five-star hotel. The architectural distinctness, the sense of privacy, and most importantly, the helpfulness of staff made the stay so pleasant. In particular, they let me use my room after I checked out so I could stay in an air-conditioned room (not common in LP) until the taxi driver to the airport arrived. Definitely recommended. "

"My Dream Boutique Resort was absolutely beautiful! Our villa was very comfortable and serene. We had a breathtaking garden view and were conveniently located next to the pool and restaurant. All of the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful pit stop in our travels and we would definitely come back."

"This was easily one of the most luxurious resorts I’ve ever stayed in. It is the previous French Governors mansion that was converted to 20+ room resort with bunnies and other fauna roaming the grounds. The rooms were right out of an Indochina romance with private gardens and an outdoor soaking tub. The stone tiles were pleasant on the feet"

"Property is a little outdated. The staffs was very helpful throughout my stay. Close to all the temples, morning and night market. Perfecr location to join in on the celebration for the lao new year festivals. "
