We started out in room 206, we checked in late and around 10:00 PM we realized the shower didn't work. They moved us to room 208 and the next morning we realized the door didn't lock and it looked like it had been jimmied open. When I went to tell the front desk, he argued with me and tried telling me how to circumvent the problem. He came and checked the door himself and realized it definitely didn't lock. We were then moved to room 210, this room had spray painting all over (I took pictures). Not once did we get an apology for the inconvenience. The hotel was very dirty, trash and debris all over the place, and the main reason we booked this hotel was so our daughters could use the indoor pool and we could use the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and they also do not provide refrigerators or microwaves in the room (there is a note posted at the front desk). This was a problem because I am diabetic and my insulin required refrigeration. They should update their amenities on all websites, they are very misleading. Don't waste your money here.

There was an issue with the reservation and the desk clerk was not helpful at all and was using his phone as we were trying to check in.The property is old and the room was unpleasant. The bed was hard. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing listed in the ad was working as advertised. To the credit of the hotel they did state that upon entry, but the rest of the hotel was not up to the level to make it ok. We left after 5 minutes I am currently in a refund dispute with them to get my money back and will adjust the review accordingly on result.

At check-in we were told no microwave or fridge were available in the room. They were there but inoperable. Then no ice machines, down for maintenance 🙄. We chose this for indoor pool and hot tub... both inoperable down for maintenance. They said we could go somewhere else but after the 11 drive and not knowing the city we stayed for the 1 night and prayed for the best. They had us (myself and 15 yr old) in a handicapped room for some reason. I hope it didn't deprive a handicap person of a room. At 2am the room next door had a dog. He started howling, whinging and singing the song of his people. I hate his people. I made a video and showed front desk at checkout because i didn't feel safe confronting them in the middle of the night. Even though I was happy to get an inside room, the feelings of security were blown when i realized the side door from parking, the one you need key card to gain entry, didn't close so anyone could literally walk in off the street. I cant reccomend this for single woman travelers or ones with small children. Easy access to the interstate was the best point of this hotel. Especially when you need to find breakfast because the breakfast the had was not edible
