Front desk was rude upon check in. Expedia agent went extra mile and spoke to property and fixed our problem. Good handicapped room. Issue was with cleaning. Used soaps were set out who wants used soap?Both in bathroom and in kitchen area sink. Room otherwise comfortable and alright. Quiet stay and good location for our necessity.

The staff here are so personable and they made sure everything was up to par for us. Breakfast was EXCELLENT and the place was super clean. The pool was very nice. The bar staff were super good at their job. We will be back.

Conveniently located to Texas Tech, and it has been about five years now that we’ve been staying here and we’ve not had any issues. Staff is always great clean.

The staff was friendly. place was clean we enjoyed our 2 nights there when exploring Lubbock for places to move. the only thing was there was tooo many kids at the pool, so it wasn't all that pleasant that evening, I can understand during the day, but an evening it would be nice and quiet of there's a time for just adult only to relax and kick back. we would go back to that place or recommend anyone. :)

Room was not ready check in. Waited over an hour for room to be ready. Room was dirty and a couple of roaches. Went to check out, no one was working the front desk. Waited for 30 min and finally just left the room key on the front desk. First and last time I will stay here. Bottom line, do better.

OVERBOOKED AND BRIGH BILLBOARD FACING WINDOW
BOOKED ON HOTELS.COM AND WEHEN WE ARRIVED THEY STATED THAT THE HOTEL WAS OVERBOOKED AND DIDNT HAVE OUR ROOM WITH TWO BEDS AVAIABLE. WE SETTLED FOR A ONE BED ROOM THAT HAD A WINDOW FACING A HUGE BRIGHT BILLBOARD AND THE SHDES DID NOT CLOSE. HOTEL WAS GRIMEY AND DIRTY. YUK, IT WAS CHEAP AND I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
