Not sure where to start. Parking was awful. There was hardly any handicap spaces. The ONE that I saw in the front was taken by someone that was NOT handicapped or at least didn’t put up their placard. Most of their handicap parking was in the BACK of the building and you can’t even access the building from the back. Check in was easy and fast almost too fast. Room was small. Guess they’re going for more compact rooms. Bed was hard and the bedding was dirty. The window shade was broken. There was no TV guide in the room. Later found out they were at the front desk. Not sure why I wasn’t told that at check in. Seemed like the clerk at check in wanted to get me checked in and done as fast as possible. There was no soap in my bathroom. The bathroom was big which was nice but the shower door did not close so when I got out of the shower the floor was soaked and this is a HUGE issue in this hotel. Booked another room for my stepmom and the exact same issue in her bathroom. This hotel is a CHEAP version of the Hilton’s I guess. Saturday night I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to report an issue. There were some kids just playing pool but nobody wonder around. I will NEVER stay in one of these and do NOT RECOMMEND.

There were no hot eggs or meat and waited 15 minutes for The eggs and they had cheese in them so I couldn’t eat them. therefore there was no protein option as I don’t like hard boiled eggs. The sausage took over 20 minutes to refilled. Granted it was Thanksgiving morning and I think just busier than they thought it would be. Everyone was super nice but definitely could use possibly another set of pans with eggs/meat. They just never seemed to be able to stay up on it.

A young man staff person was so friendly early this morning when we were leaving. Front desk was pretty good but could smile more. Room didn’t have an ice bucket. Was told that you have to come to the front desk to get one. Also it would be nice if the room had a microwave. We’re told we had to come to the breakfast area to use it.
