"There was a confusion during check in, i booked four rooms but they only received 2 under my name. While the others aren't. That caused a delay but no issue.
Pool was great but there's only 1 indoor shower available. And there's no hook or hanger on the changing rooms. "
"Rooms are much larger than almost all the hotels we've stayed in Padang city in the same price range. The hotel building is really large and bright.The breakfast selection is good overall. Location is strategic to the places we frequent including the waterfront, Transmart, etc. The downside is the pillows and linens like towels are pathetically old. They should have been replaced years ago. The key cards did not work with the lifts so caused lots of downtime till the hotel decided to disable them. "
"The property design was very appealing, modern and beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The food at the restaurants was very good with lots of options. But above anything else, the professionalism and service from the staff at the hotel is the best!! Totally recommend this hotel when you travel to Pagand.
