"Very disappointed with quality of hotel . front desk staff is very good Dawal...but room smell and we really request for refund. pls i have room picture to attach pls advsei where we can file complain "

"The check in process was extremely smooth. The young man at the front desk was excellent. The room was spacious and clean.i went four stars because some small things easily remedied. The toilet handle was so loose it was almost falling off. I fixed that myself. The door handle to the room was very loose as well. When I first went to the room the rooms on that floor were being cleaned. Lots of garbage bags and dirty towels in the hallway. These are simple fixes that would have made it a five star rating. Plenty of restaurants and a convenient gas station. Would stay here again as the issues were small and easily fixed. "

"Hotel is OK very quiet. All I need is a place to sleep. Breakfast wasn’t ready till 7 AM. I was on my way already. Coffee was horrible."

"Breakfast was like eating at Mother Hubbard's kitchen, out of yogurt, bagels, but no way to cut them to toast them, coffee was like mud with only fake creamer, tea water was not even hot enough to brew the tea. The hotel is Hilton bottom line hotel, no coffee maker in room or microwave, no outdoor sitting area or pool. Spent another $10 and go to the Holiday Inn Express "
