Generally not recommendable. Room I reserved was not gauranteed, when I arrived at this house. They offered me another room in another house which was less satisfactory.

Took us to a random appartment and not the hotel
We arrived late because of a delayed flight. They gave directions to a random appartment which was nothing to do with the hotel. There were frequent power cuts and it was extremely basic. Wouldn't go back

When we drove up, the proprietor sent us to a B&B a couple of blocks over. Wasn't the availability? New place was much nicer (from the outside). Clean, east to get to center Lucca, busy street. Overall, it was OK.

Easy to get to Lucca City Centre.
We actually didn't stay there. The proprietor had us go to a neighboring B&B (didn't have room?). Our new place was very old and well maintained family house (?) turned B&B. On a busy street, easy to locate. About 15 min. easy walk to the inside of Lucca"s wall. Mediocre breakfast. We booked a double, got a single. Overall, it was OK.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Vom Vermieter wurde eine Doppelbuchung vergeben und der Vermieter fuhr uns zu einer Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt Hier bestand die Wahl zwischen einem fensterlosen Schlafzimmer und einem Bad am Flur, oder einem Zwei-Zimmer-Appartement mit Küche allerdings für 10,00 € pro Tag mehr, wofür wir uns dann auch entschieden haben. Das gesamte Appartement schien kurz vorher verlassen worden zu sein, denn im Bad hingen noch gebrauchte Handtücher, Geschirr im Küchenschrank war schmutzig, das einzig saubere war wirklich das Bett. Allein die Lage ist optimal, aber nochmal würden wir dort nicht übernachten.
